Service availability

Published products, professionals, prices, service areas, appointment times, and stock can change. A listing helps you make a request but does not guarantee acceptance or fulfilment. The final availability, payable amount, prescription requirement, and booking time are confirmed through the applicable service flow.

Accounts

Provide accurate registration information, protect account credentials, and use only accounts you are authorized to access. Administrative, pharmacy-partner, and priest-partner actions are restricted by role and verified ownership.

MyMeds Pharmacy

Medicine information is not a medical diagnosis or a substitute for advice from a qualified clinician or pharmacist. Prescription products require a valid prescription and approval before checkout. Do not use the platform for a medical emergency; contact local emergency services or an appropriate healthcare professional.

Stock is allocated from an eligible pharmacy location at checkout. Batch eligibility, shelf life, price, and fulfilment state are validated by the server. Substitution is not implied: any alternative product requires a separate, explicit and legally compliant process.

Puja & Priest Services

Priest profiles describe submitted ceremonies, languages, coverage, schedules, and prices. A booking begins as a request and is confirmed only after the assigned provider accepts it. Travel range, preparation needs, materials, venue access, and ceremony-specific requirements should be reviewed in the booking details.

The published cancellation and rescheduling rules shown during booking apply to that request. A completed ceremony may be reviewed once by the customer who placed the booking, subject to moderation.

Payments and refunds

Opening a payment app, scanning a QR code, or returning to URAPPe does not itself prove payment. A transaction is treated as paid only after trusted server-side verification. Refund timing and destination depend on the verified payment method, the applicable cancellation decision, and provider processing.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful or harmful material, submit false prescriptions or identity information, interfere with service operation, or use public data to harass providers or customers.
